Message johny(houston) recommended removing the strut tower bar to INCREASE grip during high speed turns (on the race track).
So I A and B compared them and noticed a huge difference.

With the bar, the car didn't want to turn. I got excessive push.
Without the bar, the car was much sharper and crisper.
it was night and day difference, not just a little bit.

for daily driving and street racing, sure, do it. car feels good with it. definently noticable that theres a bar there.
but for real driving, i recommend ditching it.

keep in mind, our cars have very stiff unibodies. witness the really terrible accidents people have and survive. i think the strut tower bar makes the car too stiff and prevents it from going neutral. imho. i forever will leave mine off. plus, it was the only polished/chrome thing in the engine bay, so it kinda looked funny.
